  • In addition to all its physiological benefits, sports activity can also pose dangers, albeit to a very small extent.
  • It is important for you to consult a cardiologist or sports medicine doctor before performing at a higher level of performance to assess and evaluate any risk factors you may have and to screen for any possible diseases. Once these are determined, further testing may be necessary if you are placed in a higher cardiovascular risk group. The aim of these is to prevent even life-threatening events.
  • Only participate in a sporting event that involves more than average effort or a more strenuous workout if you have adequate endurance training.
  • If you have upper respiratory tract complaints, an illness accompanied by vomiting and/or diarrhea, a fever, or are injured, do not participate in the event or the upcoming training sessions until you have recovered.

If you are unsure about the right time to start again, consult your GP/sports doctor/orthopedic doctor/cardiologist.

  • If you experience any unusual symptoms (e.g. dizziness, fainting, unreasonably fast heartbeat, irregular heartbeat, choking, chest pain, chest tightness) while exercising, stop and seek help if necessary!
  • The above does not depend on the length of the sports activity, what constitutes serious performance is unique to each person. Be responsible for yourself, exercise smartly!

  • Please wear your race number on the front, make sure it is always clearly visible and do not fold it! Make sure your race number is attached correctly, you will find safety pins in your race pack and at the registration desks.
  • All prepared runners and wheelchair users who accept the conditions set out in the competition announcement can participate in the race.
  • A competitor may be disqualified if he/she does not complete the entire distance of the competition - as determined by the organizers - or if he/she fills out the entry form inaccurately or incompletely with inaccurate data.

information for the day of the event

The timeline here you find.

Timing will only be done for the 5 km distance!

The timing service provider is AGNI-Timing.

Timing is done with UHF chips attached to the back of the starting number.

Rules for wearing bib numbers:
Timing is done using timing mats (antennas) placed on the ground, which detect the transmitter placed in the starting number from a distance of approximately 2-3 meters. Time stamping is done at the strongest signal (when passing over the mat).

To record successful individual times, please follow these rules:

  • The race number must be worn visibly throughout the race, on the abdomen/chest (a race number belt is permitted).
    • It is forbidden to cover the starting number!
  • The chip on the back of the bib number must not be removed, folded or pierced with a safety pin.
  • Everyone should make sure to wear their own race number during the race.
  • After arriving at your destination, please leave the measurement point as soon as possible.

We will develop it at the Lónyay Street Reformed High School

  • the Competition Center on the ground floor of the building
  • the changing room and cloakroom (in one space) on the 2nd floor

Opening hours: 9:00 – 14:30

You can drop off 1 package with a maximum size of 60x40x30 cm at the cloakroom, no later than 15 minutes before the start. Attention! We do not store valuables in the cloakroom!

The locker rooms are located at the end of the changing rooms. When you drop off your package, you will receive a wristband, the serial number of which will match the number of the label attached to the package by the BSI locker room staff. Our colleagues will hand over the package after reaching the finish line according to the wristband. The package will only be handed over if you have the starting number/wristband, not based on a photo or a number sequence.

Mobile toilets will be placed in the school's inner courtyard and on Fővám Square next to the exhibition area.

The entrance to the building is on the Kinizsi Street side, and the exit is through the courtyard, towards Közraktár Street.

  • Please note that the distance between the competition center and the start is approximately 400 meters, so start on time!

For public transport route planning, we recommend BudapestGO Travel planner!
If you arrive by bicycle, we will set up a supervised bicycle storage area in the school yard.
